Ingredients Required:


For Tofu:


1. Tofu – 100gm.
2. Two tsp sam pal oleic a type of sauce
3. One stick lemon grass
4. Two shallots Chopped
5. One inch ginger chopped
6. Two tsp soya sauce
7. Three cloves garlic chopped
8. One inch red onion chopped
9. Two tsp honey
10. Handful chopped coriander leaves 
11. One refined oil


For Fried Rice:


1. Chopped carrots
2. Chopped spring onions
3. Salt and pepper to flavour
4. One red chilli chopped
5. One piece chopped ginger
6. One tsp soya sauce
7. Half lemon squeezed
8. Handful chopped coriander leave
9. One tsp olive oil

Instructions:

1.  Put refined oil in a preheated pan and add chopped mariner and stir well. 
2. Then add ginger, garlic, shallots and salt & pepper. 
3. Add Sam pal oleic soya sauce and honey
4. Add some coriander leaves and mix it all together.


For the fried rice:


1. Drizzle olive oil in a pre-heated pan and add carrots, spring onions, ginger and salt & pepper.
2. Then add fresh red chilli, lemon juice and soya sauce and stir all together.
3. Add cooked rice in it and mix well.
4.  Add some chopped coriander leaves.
5. Cook it away for 5-7 minutes.

Chinese Recipe - Stir Fried Tofu with Rice is an easy, vegetarian, Chinese style recipe laden with sam pal oelic and soya sauce which flavour it up!
