Mango shake is one of the most sought after healthy drink during summers in India, also known as mango mastani. Mangoes are liked by all rarely you come across the person who doesn’t like so sweet and juicy, no wonder they are called King of Fruits.

Ingredients Required:
1. Two medium size Alphonso mangoes
2. Two cups of milk
3. Two tsp of sugar or jiggery
4. Four small ice cubes
5. 1 tblsp Vanilla ice cream
6. Dry fruits cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios to garnish
Instructions:
1. Wash mangoes and peel them.
2. Chop the mango pulp into small pieces
3. Add the mango pulp into blender along with milk.
4. Add sugar or jiggery as per taste and also according to sweetness of mango.
5. You can ice cube now.
6. Blend everything till smooth and chop the dry fruits for garnishing.
7. Serve the mango shake topped with ice cream and garnish with dry fruits.
