French Pancakes - Crepes Recipe

Hey girls and boys ! A very Good Morning with your morning breakfast with Crepes which is also known as French style Pancakes, can be dressed with sweet, savoury toppings and flavourful fillings. In France Crepes are received any time a day, at breakfast, brunch, lunch, tea time or dinner. Here is an easy and quick recipe of Crepes.

Preparation time: 10 min 
Cook time: 20 min
Total time: 30 min


Ingredients Required:

1. One cup flour
2.  Two eggs
3. Half cup milk
4. Half cup water
5. Half tsp salt
7. Half tblsp butter, melted


Instructions:

1. In a blender, combine flour, sugar, salt, milk, eggs, and butter.
2. Purée mixture until smooth and bubbles form on top, about 30 seconds. Let batter sit at least 15 min at room temperature or in refrigerator in an air tight container whisk before using.
3. Keep non-stick pan on hob over medium flame, lightly coat with butter. Add 1/3 cup of batter and spread it, cook until crepe become golden brown.
4. Quickly flip crepe and cook from another side. Coat pan with needed amount of butter
5. Repeat with remaining batter.
6. Fill with your favourite fillings like any flavor fruit jam, sweetened fresh peaches, cream cheese and pineapple, ham and maple syrup.
