Malai Paneer Recipe

Malai Paneer Recipe cooked in spicy masala yet creamy, serve with chapatti or naan. Best for snacks or your dinner.

Ingredients Required:

1. Paneer 200 to 250 gm. Chopped into cubes
2. Half cup cream 
3. One tsp coriander powder
4. Half tsp Kashmiri red chili
5. One by fourth turmeric powder
6. Two tblsp oil
7. One medium onion chopped
8. One inch ginger 
9. Three – four garlic cloves
10. One by eighth tsp of garam masala
11. One by fourth tsp crushed kasuri methi
12. Salt as required

Instructions:

1. Heat 2 tblsp oil in pan.
2. Add chopped onion sauté it until become golden brown.
3. Then add ginger – garlic paste in it. Sauté it till raw aroma of ginger – garlic goes away.
4. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder and red chili powder on low flame. Stir and sauté masala for couple of seconds, don’t burn them. 
5. Add Paneer cubes to masala and gently stir it until masala get coated on Paneer.
6. Add cream and continue stir until it coat Paneer cubes well. Cook for 2-3 min after adding cream season with salt and stir.
7. At last add garam masala and kasuri methi and stir gently.
8. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot Malai Paneer.
