Thai Food – Crock Pot Thai Chicken Thighs is easy to make but a long time process yet delicious. These very tender and moist chicken thighs come with tangy peanut butter.

Total time: 6 hour 5 min.

Ingredients Required:

1. Eight boneless skinless chicken thighs
2. One jar cilantro salsa or any salsa that you prefer
3. Half cup peanut butter
4. Two tsp ginger
5. Two tblsp soya sauce
6. Two tsp lime juice

Instructions:

1. Wash chicken thighs and place them in the crockpot directly.
2. In a small bowl mix the rest of the ingredients together. Whisk until sauce is smooth. 
3. Pour sauce over chicken thighs and using a spoon toss the chicken around. There should be enough sauce to fully cover the chicken, if not add some more water.
4. Cook on low flame for 5 to 6 hours or high flame for 4 hours.
