Ingredients Required:
1. One or two lb. round steaks
2. One can Italian stewed tomatoes
3. One tsp dried oregano
4. One tsp dried parsley
5. One tsp onion s
6. Half tsp black pepper
7. Half tsp crushed red pepper flakes
8. Three garlic cloves, finely minced
9. Four tblsp olive oil
10. One or Two cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F, if using glass baking dish temperature should be 325 degree F.
2. Place steaks in one layer in 9by 13 inch baking pan.
3. Mash up all tomatoes and place up on the steaks and spread it to cover steaks.
4. Sprinkle oregano, parsley, onion salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper, and minced garlic on steaks.
5. Sprinkle olive oil on top and bake uncovered for 1 hour 15 min.
6. Take steaks out of oven and sprinkle mozzarella cheese.
7. Again put it in oven until cheese melt.
8. Add tomato sauce over pasta along with stewed tomatoes.
