Preparation time: 30 min.

Total time: 50 min.

Ingredients Required:

1. Half cup kuttu ka ata (buckwheat up flour)
2. One – fourth cup finely cut coriander leaves.
3. Half tblsp black pepper powder
4. Desi ghee for frying
5. Three medium potatoes cut into sliced 
6. Five large colocassia (arbi) cut into sliced
7. Half tsp rock salt

Instructions:

1. Apply some rock salt on the colocassia slices and set them aside for 20-30 mins.
2. In a dish combine flour, salt, pepper and coriander and mix well.
3. Mix water in it and make smooth batter. Cover and keep aside for 20 min.
4. Drain the colocassia slices. 
5. Heat some ghee or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
6. Put few slices of potato and colocassia into the batter and cover them completely. 
7. Fry the slices until become reddish grey and crispy.
8. Serve hot – hot fitters.

Serve Kuttu Pakoras (Indian Food) specially during Navratri.
