Fruit Custard Recipe

Fruit Custard is one of the most delicious and mouthwatering desserts. It’s just a nice way to include fruits in your diet and healthy for all. Usually taken after food. Here is recipe of Fruit Custard

Preparation time: 15 min.

Total time: 30 min.

Ingredients Required:

1. Two and half cup almond milk or regular milk
2. Five – six tblsp organic powdered jaggery (gur) or powdered sugar
3. Two tblsp eggless vanilla custard powder
4. Again three tblsp almond milk or regular milk 
5. Two cup seasonal fruits

Instructions:

1. Warm 2.5 cup of milk lightly warm the milk. Don’t over heat it.
2. Take 3 tblsp milk from warmed milk and make smooth paste with custard powder. 
3. Make sure there are no lumps and keep aside.
4. Add sugar to warm milk and stir sugar until dissolves.
5. Also add custard paste to warm milk.
6. Keep it on low flame and stir in intervals cook until milk become thick.
7. You have to stir continuously as to avoid lumps.
8. Don’t make it thicker as on cooling its consistency thickens more.
9. Switch off the flame and allow the custard to cool. 
10. Add fruits, mix well and keep it refrigerator.
11. Serve chill fruit custard or you can add ice cream of any flavour in it.
