Greek style - Turkey Burger

Ingredients Required:
Tzatziki Sauce
1. One container Greek Fat Free plain yoghurt
2. One fourth cup chopped cucumber
3.Two tbsp chopped red onion
4.One tbsp chopped fresh or 1 tsp dried dill weed
5.Two tsp fresh lemon juice
Burgers
1. One lb lean ground turkey
2. One cup crumbled feta cheese (4 oz)
3. One third cup chopped red onion
4. One tbsp chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
5. Half tsp salt
6. One fourth tsp pepper
7. One clove garlic, finely chopped
8. Four whole wheat burger buns, split
9. One medium tomato, thinly sliced
Instructions:
1. In a bowl mix ½ cup of yoghurt and remaining sauce ingredients, refrigerate until serving.
2. Heat gas, In medium bowl, mix all burger ingredients and remaining yogurt. Shape mixture into 4 patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
3. Place patties on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 8 to10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes, until meat thermometer inserted in center of patties reads 160°F. Place burgers on buns; top with tomato slices and sauce.
