Total time: 30 min.

Ingredients Required:

1. One-fourth cup plain breadcrumbs
2. Two tblsp fresh lemon juice
3. One tblsp red curry paste
4. One tblsp roasted red chili paste
5. One tsp garlic powder
6. One tsp ground ginger
7. One pound lean ground chicken or ground turkey
8. One cup sweet red chili sauce

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven 350 degree F.
2. Mix breadcrumbs, red chili, red curry paste, lemon juice, garlic powder and ground ginger in a large bowl until well blended.
3. Add chicken and mix well.
4. Make one inch balls and arrange in baking pans.
5. Bake until 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through.
6. Drain if required, toss meatballs and chilli sauce in large bowl.
7. Serve Tangy Thai Chicken Meatballs.
