A smooth and delicious chocolate mousse is a mouthwatering dessert for after dinner that can also be served in parties. Lets talk about its recipe.
Preparation time: 15 min.
Inactive time: 3 hours
Total time: 3 hours 15 min.
1. Seven ounce semisweet chocolate, finally chopped
2. Three tblsp water
3. Four large eggs
4. Pinch of coarse salt
Instructions:
1. Place chocolate in saucepan and keep it on hob, over heat. Stir until chocolate get melt and keep aside at room temperature.
2. Whip the eggs white and salt on medium-high speed until become thick and smooth.
3. Stir egg yolk into the cooled chocolate. Add whipped egg whites to the bowl with the chocolate and fold gently to soft that.
4. Put the mousse in servings and cover with plastic wrap and put it into refrigerator atleast for 3 hours.
5. Serve freshly with whipped cream.
