Egg Curry Recipe

Here’s a quick and easy recipe of Egg Curry for those who want something tasty in non-veg,  something other than chicken yet delicious.

Preparation time: 10 min.
Cook time: 30 min.
Total time: 40 min.

Ingredients Required:

1. Eight eggs
2. Five garlic cloves
3. One onion, chopped
4. Two green chillies
5. One inch ginger, minced
6. One tblsp kasuri methi
7. One tblsp fresh cream
8. Two tblsp curd
9. One tblsp chaat masala
10. One tsp garam masala
11. One tsp red chilli powder
12. Few coriander leaves for garnish
13. One tblsp oil
14. One cup water
15. Salt according to taste

Instructions:

1. Boil eggs for 15 minutes.
2. Make a coarse paste by grinding onion, green chillies, ginger and garlic.
3. Add oil in a pan and sauté paste for few minutes.
4. Whisk the curd and cream, and mix it to the sauté and cook it well. 
5. Now add kasuri methi, garam masala, red chilli powder and salt. 
6. Add one cup of water in it and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
7. Make a small cut in eggs with knife and mix them well in mixture. Cook it for a while.
8. Garnish it with chaat masala and coriander leaves.
9. Serve hot egg curry.
