Crispy Chilli Potatoes is an Indo – Chinese dish. It’s an Indian adaptation of a Chinese dish, Serve as an appetizers or snacks. It is liked by all. Recipe of Tangy and Crispy Chilli Potato.

1. Four large size potatoes
2. One tsp finely chopped garlic
3. Half tsp finely chopped ginger
4. One tsp green chillies
5. One tsp tomato ketchup
6. Two tblsp soy sauce
7. Half tsp chilli sauce
8. Two tsp corn flour
9. Four tblsp oil
10. Salt as required
Instructions:
1. Peel and cut the cooked potatoes into fingers.
2. Heat the oil in a wok over a high flame add potato finger and cook for few minutes till they turn golden brown, drain on an absorbent paper and keep aside.
3. In same wok take out extra oil only 2 tblsp oil should be there.
4. Add garlic, ginger and green chillies and stir fry for a few seconds.
5. Add potato finger, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, chilli sauce and salt.
6. Mix corn flour in half cup of water. Add the mixture and cook for 2-3 min.
7. Serve hot topped with spring onions.
