Chinese Fried Rice Recipe.

Chinese Fried Rice is a dish of steamed rice stir-fried in a wok, often mixed with other ingredients, such as eggs, vegetables, and meat. Ingredients Required:

1. Three cups steamed rice
2. Three quarter cup french beans , cut diagonally into thin strips
3. Three quarter cup carrot , cut into long thin strips
4. Three quarter cup capsicum , cut into long thin strips
5. One tbsp chopped celery
6. Half cup spring onion whites , chopped
7. Two tsp soy sauce
8. Half cup spring onion greens , chopped
9. One tbsp oil
10. Salt to taste


Instructions:

1. Risen rice and soak it in enough water for just 15-20 min and then drain it.
2. Boil water, rice and little salt. Cook it uncovered on low heat till rice is tender.
3. Take care not to overcook the rice. Each grain of rice should be seprated.
4. When rice is done, drain water and then add cold water again drain and keep aside.
5. Heat oil in skittle and add all chopped vegetables.
6. Cook for 3-4 min. Take care that all vegetables should be crispy.
7. Add salt and pepper according to taste.
8. Now add cooked rice and mix well, add soya sauce to it.
9. Cook Chinese Fried Rice for more 2-3 min. 
10. Serve Hot.
