Indian Cuisines - Zafrani Pulao is a mix of rich ingredient – Basmati rice, dry fruits it has a sweet flavour. Here an easy recipe of Zafrani Pulao.

Total time: 45 min.
Ingredients Required:
1. Two tblsp butter
2. One tblsp ghee
3. Ten green cardamom
4. Almonds – 25 gm
5. Cashew – 25 gm
6. Raisin – 25 gm
7. One kg. Semi cooked basmati
8. Sugar – 100 gm
9. Milk – 500 gm
10. Cream – 50 gm
11. Saffron, a pinch
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan add margarine then add ghee for flavor. Throw almonds, cashew nuts and raisin and constantly stir it for 2-3 min.
2. Add semi cooked basmati rice and mixed well.
3. Add milk and cream in a pan and put it on burner for 5 min.
4. Add sugar and stir for about 2 min.
5. Add saffron to milk and keep it on flame for 3-4 min.
6. Pour milk on rice. Cover it cook for 3-4 minutes.
