Ingredients Required: 

1. Trimmed sirloin steaks – 350gm.
2. Two tblsp teriyaki sauce marinade
3. Half cucumber
4. Two tblsp coriander, roughly chopped
5. Half tsp lime juice
6. Six little gem lettuces leaves 
7. One red chili, deseeded and thinly sliced
8. Half red onion thinly sliced

Instructions:

1. Put the steak between two sheets of cling film and beat with a rolling film until half its original thickness. 
2. Thinly sliced steak, and then mix with the teriyaki marinade in a bowl.  Leave to marinade for 5 – 10 min.
3. Roughly diced the cucumber and mix with the chopped coriander and lime juice, Seasoned with a little salt.
4. Heat the frying pan until hot and fry streaks slices for 2-3 min for rare to medium, turn the slice to cook another side.
5. Pile the cucumber mixture into the lettuce leaves, and then topped with the seared teriyaki beef, chilli and red onion.
