Miso Salmon Recipe

Ingredients Required:

1.  Two salmon fillets, skin removed
2. One cup miso paste
3. One – fourth cup sake
4. Half cup brown sugar
5. Two tblsp sesame seeds
6. One tsp sesame oil
7. One – fourth cup water 
8. Half cup prepared soy – ginger salad dressing 
9. Three tblsp seasoned rice vinegar

Instruction:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degree F.
2. Fill skillet with about 1 inch of water and bring to boil. Poach fish just until cooked on the outside, about 2 min per side. Transfer fillets to boiler pan.
3. In a small bowl, stir together the miso paste, sake, brown sugar, sesame seed, sesame oil, water, salad dressing and rice vinegar. Spread this over the tops of salmon fillets.
4. Bake for 15 min. in a preheated oven, or until almost cooked through. Switch the oven through broil and broil until topped is browned and bubbly, about 5 min.
