Yakisoba Chicken Recipe

Japanese Cuisines  - Yakisoba Chicken had tons of vegetables, sauce and the chicken looked like an interesting combination of salty, sweet, tangy and spicy.

Total time: 30 min.

Ingredients Required:

1. Half tsp sesame oil
2. One tblsp canola oil
3. Two tblsp chile paste
4. Two cloves garlic, chopped
5. Four skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
6. Half cup soy sauce
7. One onion sliced lengthwise
8. Half medium head cabbage, coarsely chopped
9. Two coarsely chopped
10. Eight ounce soba noodles, cooked and drained

Instructions:

1. In a large skillet, combine sesame oil, canola oil and chili paste; stir – fry 30 sec.
2.  Add garlic and again stir – fry for 30 seconds.
3. Add chicken and ¼ cup of soy sauce and stir fry until chicken is no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
4. Remove mixture from pan set aside and keep warm.
5. In another pan combine onion, cabbage and carrots. Stir – fry until cabbage begin to wilt, 2 to 3 minutes.
6. Stir in the remaining soy sauce, cooked noodles, and the chicken mixture to pan and mix to blend .
