Frosted Banana Bars Recipe

Ingredients Required:

For the Banana Bars: 


1. Half cup butter or margarine, softened
2. Sugar – 11/2 cup
3. Two eggs
4. One cup sour cream
5. One tsp vanilla extract
6. Two cups all-purpose flour
7. One tsp baking soda
8. One – fourth tsp salt
9. Two medium ripe banana, mashed

For the Frosting:


1. One package cream cheese, softened
2. Half cup butter or margarine, softened
3. Two tsp vanilla extract 
4. Three to four cups confectioners’ sugar

Instructions:

For the Banana Bars:


1. In a large bowl mix cream, butter and sugar. Add eggs sour cream and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda and salt gradually to the cream mixture. Stir everything in Bananas.
2. Greased a Baking pan. Bake it at 350 degree F for 20-25 min until the toothpick inserted inside come out to be clean.

For Frosting: 


1. In a large bowl beat cream, cheese, butter and vanilla.
2. Gradually beat in enough confectioners’ sugar to achieve the desired consistency. Frost bar store in the refrigerator.
