Delicious Snack - Corn Cakes Recipe

Ingredients Required: 

For the Corn Cakes:
1. One cup sweet corn – boiled and crushed
2. One tsp Thai coriander root
3. One tsp garlic
4. One tsp white pepper corn
5. One tblsp sugar
6. Salt according to taste
7. One tsp Thai seasoning sauce
8. One tsp soya sauce
9. Three tblsp rice flour
10. Oil for deep frying
For the Sweet Chili Sauce
1. Half cup sugar
2. Half cup vinegar
3. One tblsp chopped red chillies
4. Salt to taste

Instructions: 

1. Take a bowl and mix whole corn and crushed corn properly.
2. Make a paste of Thai coriander root, garlic and white pepper corn.
3. Add one tblsp of the paste to the corn mixture followed by the sugar and the salt.
4. Add the seasoning sauce and soya sauce. Add the rice flour for binding. 
5. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Heat the oil in a deep pan. 
6. Make small balls of the corn mixture and deep fry till golden brown. 
7. To prepare the sweet chili sauce, grind all ingredients well. 

         Your Thai Recipe Corn Cakes is ready to serve with Sweet Chilli Sauce.
