Ingredients Required:
1. Half cup chicken broth
2. Fresh ginger root 11/2 cup
3. Three tblsp soya sauce
4. Three tblsp peanut butter
5. Honey 11/2 tblsp
6. Two tsp hot chilli paste
7. Three clove garlic minced
8. Eight ounce udon noodles
9. One – fourth cup chopped green onion
10. One – fourth cup chopped peanuts
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add noodles and cook until tender according to package direction.
2. Drain the noodles put ¼ tsp oil and toss it well and keep it aside.
3. Now combine chicken broth, ginger, soya sauce, peanut butter, cook over the medium heat until peanut butter melt and heated through.
4. Add noodles and toss to coat garnish with green onion and peanuts.
Your Thai Cuisine Peanut Butter Noodles are ready to serve.
