Authentic Thai Cashew Chicken Recipe

Recipe of Authentic Thai Cashew Chicken is one of the famous stir fry recipe that came from Thailand. Thai cashew chicken is from Chinese origin but it is very popular in Thais too.

Total time: 30 mins. 

Ingredients Required:

1. One tblsp canola oil
2. One large yellow onion, chopped
3. One large yellow bell pepper, chopped
4. Three tblsp ketchup
5. Two tblsp oyster sauce
6. One tblsp soy sauce
7. One – third cup chicken broth
8. One tsp white sugar
9. One tsp Thai garlic chile paste 
10. Four skinless, boneless chicken breast halves cut-into-bite size.
11. One zucchini, chopped
12. One yellow squash, chopped
13. Six ounce broccoli, chopped
14. Eight ounce fresh mushrooms, quartered
15. Half cup unsalted cashew nuts

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in skillet over medium heat, and cook the onion and yellow bell pepper until tender. 
2. Mix in the ketchup, oyster sauce, soy sauce, chicken broth, sugar and chile paste. 
3. Place the chicken, zucchini, squash, broccoli, and mushrooms in the skillet.
4. Continue to cook and stir 10 minutes, until vegetables are tender chicken juices run clear. 
5. Mix cashew just before serving.

Your Thai Cuisine Cashew Chicken is ready to serve.
