Yummy and Creamy Chinese style egg cart which is to make at
your home now with this easy and quick recipe. They look really delicious when you
just see them puff pastry.

Cook time: 20 mins.
Total time: 45 mins.
Ingredients Required:
1. One cup confectioners’ sugar
2. Three cup of all-purpose flour
3. One cup butter
4. One egg beaten
5. One dash vanilla extract
6. Two – third cup of white sugar
7. Water 11/2 cups
8. Nine eggs beaten
9. One dash Vanilla Extract
10. One cup evaporated milk
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, mix together the confectioners’ sugar
and flour. Mix in butter with fork until it is small crumbs. Stir in the egg
and vanilla until the mixture forms dough. The texture should be slightly moist.
Add more butter if it is too dry or more flour, if the dough seems greasy.
2. Now shape dough into 11/2 inch balls, and press the ball
into tart molds so that it covers the bottom and goes up higher than the sides.
Use two fingers to shape the edges into an “A” shape.
3. Preheat the oven to 450 degree F.
4. Now combine the white sugar and water in a medium
saucepan, and bring to a boil. Cook until the sugar is dissolved, remove from
the heat and cool to room temperature.
5. Now strain the eggs through sieve, and whisk into sugar
mixture. Stir in evaporated milk and vanilla. Strain the egg through the sieve,
and fill the tart shells.
6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until
golden brown, and the filling is puffed up little bit.
